School Assembly Booking Cancellation Policy: Rescheduling & Refunds

Because booking a date holds that date exclusively for one buyer, turning away any other opportunity for it, Champion Within does not offer cash refunds. A cancellation is instead converted into a credit toward a future presentation, valid for one calendar year from the original purchase date.

School Assembly Booking Cancellation Policy overview. All Champion Within purchases, single sessions, multi-session series, and workshops, whether booked in person or virtually, are final at the time of purchase. Because a confirmed date holds Steve's calendar exclusively for that engagement, we are not able to offer a cash refund once a booking is confirmed.

Rescheduling credit. If you need to cancel a confirmed date, the full amount you paid will be held as credit and applied toward a future Champion Within presentation of your choosing. To request this, email info@thechampionwithin.org at least one week (7 days) before your scheduled date. Credit must be used within twelve (12) months of your original purchase date; credit not used within that window expires.

If Champion Within needs to reschedule. On the rare occasion Champion Within needs to move or cancel a confirmed date, we will offer the next available date at no additional cost, or a full refund if no suitable date can be found.
