Book A Motivational Speaker Florida
Ready to book a motivational speaker Florida schools trust? Prefer email? Reach us at info@thechampionwithin.org Or call (407) 349-3288.
How Booking Works
- 1. Submit a reservation request with preferred dates and program choices.
2. The Champion Within confirms availability and final scope in writing.
3. A $200 date-hold deposit, or accepted school purchase order, confirms the date.
4. For packages totaling $1,500 or more, a 25% retainer is due within seven days of confirmation; the date-hold deposit is credited to that amount.
5. The remaining balance is invoiced and due 14 calendar days before the event.
6. For bookings made fewer than 14 days before delivery, payment is due on confirmation unless an approved PO is used.
Payment Policy
For your security, we never collect full card numbers or card security codes by email. Payment is handled through a secure payment link, phone, check, or purchase order.
How to Book a Motivational Speaker Florida Schools Trust
Home Service Area. Steve's home service area covers Central Florida — Orlando metro, New Smyrna Beach, the Treasure Coast, Lakeland, and Lake County. Presentations booked in this area are scheduled directly and instantly once the order meets Champion Within's standard minimum order size.
Outside the Home Service Area. For presentations outside the home service area, your payment is confirmed at checkout, but the specific date is arranged by our team directly rather than through instant online booking - we'll reach out within 48 hours to coordinate a date that works for your organization and Steve's travel schedule. Requests below the minimum order size are presented as a live virtual (Zoom) session instead.
